Account & Subscription
How many devices can I connect with one account?
Each account can connect up to 4 devices simultaneously. If you exceed 4 devices, please remove old devices through the app or web dashboard before logging in on new devices.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a free trial. After downloading and installing, you can try for 1 hour without signing up, and a full day after signing up for an account.
How do I subscribe and what payment methods are available?
You can subscribe directly through the client app or your web dashboard. Available payment methods include Alipay, Wechat Pay, Stripe, and USDT.
Can I request a refund after subscribing?
You can request a full refund within 24 hours after payment.
What rewards do I get for inviting friends?
By inviting friends with your personal referral code, you can earn free VIP time. When your friend subscribes, you will receive a 7-day VIP membership reward. There is no limit to the rewards — the more you invite, the more you earn. Reward time is automatically added to your membership period.
To get started, log in to your account dashboard, find your exclusive referral link or invitation code, and share it with your friends. Rewards are credited automatically once your friend registers and subscribes.
Connection & Usage
Does JumperVPN limit speed?
Our service does not limit speed or bandwidth. The actual speed depends on your device's current local network connection quality.
What are "Global Mode" and "Smart Mode"?
Global Mode means all traffic from the app goes through JumperVPN servers, whether you're accessing domestic or international websites — everything routes through JumperVPN.
Smart Mode means only international website traffic goes through JumperVPN servers, while domestic website traffic still uses your local network (WiFi or 4G), which helps optimize access speed.
My connection is slow after connecting to VPN. How do I fix this?
If the server speed is abnormal, you can first try switching to a different server. When switching servers, we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting, as direct switches may encounter latency issues. If switching servers doesn't help, it's likely a local network issue. You can try restarting your router or switching to a different network or hotspot.

Can I use AI services like ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude?
You can reliably access AI services using servers in the United States, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Germany, and other locations. We recommend disconnecting and reconnecting when switching servers, as direct switches may have latency issues.
Privacy & Security
Do you keep browsing logs and is it safe?
We use our proprietary encryption protocol, not the standard public protocols, and your IP address is hidden throughout your entire session. We promise not to keep any user browsing history or activity logs. From a security perspective, we guarantee the privacy and security of your IP address, website browsing, and data communications.
System & Platform
What platforms and clients are currently supported?
We currently support Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS. You can install and use the service on Windows computers, Android phones, tablets, iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers.
What are the minimum system requirements for JumperVPN?
Windows requires at least Windows 10, Mac requires at least macOS 10.15+, iOS requires at least iOS 16, and Android requires at least Android 10. Please check your device's system version before installation to avoid errors during installation.
